Shipping & Delivery Policy Last updated: February 2026
We are committed to delivering your product safely and as quickly as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
First: Delivery Timeframes
Total delivery consists of two consecutive stages: the first is order processing and handover to the courier, taking between 1 and 3 business days, and only once this stage is complete does the second stage begin — the actual shipping period until the order reaches you based on your region as outlined below , Fridays and official public holidays are not counted as business days.
Delivery timeframes by region:
Cairo and Giza: 1 to 2 business days
Alexandria and Beheira: 2 to 3 business days
Delta and Canal governorates: 2 to 3 business days
Upper Egypt (North and South), North Coast, Sinai, and New Valley: 2 to 4 business days
Second: Shipping Cost
Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.
We work with trusted shipping companies and use professional packaging specifically designed to protect your product during transit, which is reflected in the shipping cost to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
Third: Open-on-Delivery Service
We offer customers the option to open and inspect the product in front of the delivery courier before completing the handover.
This is an optional service with a fixed fee of 7 EGP added to the shipping cost, and can be activated when placing your order. Customers who do not wish to open the product upon delivery will not be charged this fee.
Fourth: Order Tracking
Once your order is confirmed, you will automatically receive a WhatsApp message on your registered phone number containing your shipment tracking number. You can use it to follow your delivery status at any time.
Please ensure your phone number and address details are correct when placing your order to avoid any delays.
Fifth: Receiving Your Order and Redelivery Attempts
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the shipping company will make two additional delivery attempts at no extra charge. You can also postpone your delivery to the following day by replying to the WhatsApp messages sent by Bosta's delivery system.
If the order is not received after 3 attempts, it will be automatically cancelled and the refusal fees outlined in the next section will apply.
Sixth: Order Refusal Fees
If an order is refused or cancelled after it has been shipped, a fixed fee of 200 EGP will be applied. This fee represents the actual shipping cost incurred by the courier company during the delivery attempt and is not a profit margin on our end.
Please make sure you are certain about your purchase before confirming your order to avoid any unnecessary costs.
Seventh: Receiving a Damaged Product
If you notice any visible damage to the outer packaging upon receiving your order, please immediately film the product on video before opening it and send the documentation to us via WhatsApp. This documentation fully protects your rights and ensures your issue is handled as quickly as possible.
If you discover any problem after opening the product, please contact us immediately with photos or an explanatory video of the issue, and your request will be handled in accordance with our Return and Exchange Policy.
Eighth: Delivery Delays
We always aim to meet our stated delivery timeframes. However, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions or high demand during peak seasons and public holidays.
If the delay exceeds 2 business days beyond the stated timeframe for your region, the customer has the right to contact us and request one of the following:
A 200 EGP deduction from the total order value as compensation for the delay
Full order cancellation and refund, provided the order has not yet been shipped
Ninth: International Shipping
Shipping is available within the Arab Republic of Egypt only. International shipping is not currently available.
